Finding a product that is effective and affordable while also being organic and made with care, ethically, is not always easy.
I too ran into this problem and struggled to find body care products that are free of chemical additives, but that smell nice and do what they promise to do. So I decided to make my own product using ingredients that I use myself and that I know work for me.
In the years that I lived in Morocco I started using Argan oil. A beautiful, traditional oil, made by the local women. I loved that the oil was 100% natural. In addition, the oil was made with great care by the women who have passed on this beautiful tradition to their daughters for many generations.

I started experimenting with the oil with the goal of making an oil that was perfect for me. Soon the idea was born to make an oil line that contains a unique oil for everyone, based on the constitution types of Ayurveda. I joined forces with Kimmana Nichols, a naturopath and Ayurvedic teacher, who developed an essential oil blend for all 3 constitutional types: Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Once I put everything together, Oil & Ohm was born! A wonderful holistic body oil that combines the enormously nourishing qualities of pure Argan oil with the balancing qualities of Ayurvedic essential oil blends. Combined, they enhance each other's healing properties and make the most delicious body oil imaginable!

As a yoga teacher, psychologist and traveler, Suze's passion is to combine and share the things that make her happy and that have helped her on her literal and metaphorical journeys. This has resulted in different companies, each of which has a holistic character: Global Flow Retreats combines yoga and coaching with travel. Her workshops, classes and private sessions combine yoga with various forms of mental and physical coaching such as family constellations, TRE and Mindfulness. And Oil & Ohm combines traditional Moroccan Argan oil with essential oils.
The holistic Ayurvedic oil line is based on the ancient Indian Ayurveda philosophy of life.
